Shipping Policy

We generally ship via FedEx. We can upgrade your shipping to get you the guitar faster if you prefer, just please let us know so we can get you an exact shipping cost. Our shipping department is open Monday-Friday, If you place your order after 1:30pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship the following Monday.
 

Return Policy

New Items

Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 10%
 

Used & Vintage Items

Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 10%
 

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

 

Special Conditions

For returns. If the item is no as described, we will pay the shipping back to us. Unfortunately, we have had quite a few instances of buyers just wanting to try out the item. If that is the case, we can't lose the shipping costs or fees associated with the transaction, so the buyer would have to pay shipping back to us and when we receive the item in the same condition we shipped it in, we will refund the payment minus our original shipping cost. Also, we don't want you to buy a guitar that you are not happy with, and we understand that sometimes guitars and players just do not bond. We are having a lot of returns lately for no reason. This gets very expensive and frustrating from our stand point. We are out the shipping plus the time it takes to receive the item back and relist it. We also lose all the original potential buyers that were watching the item.

We are going to have to start charging a 10% restocking fee on top of the shipping to cover our costs and lost time. We will gladly work with you on this, but if you are just sending the guitar back because you wanted to try it out, we can't accept a straight return on it. If you want to trade it back on something else we will definitely work with you on waiving the restocking fee. Thank you for understanding.
